Greater Boston-Zone 4 West-New Listing Carey Cap Rate Report 19-27-28

The Greater Boston West zone trends toward average for residential investment properties but there is a Brighton two family showing a mid 6 cap rate potential and a West Newton two family with cap rate potential near 6 that are both worth pursuing in these groups.
